The plan proposes that Mt. Ogden Park and Marquart Park remain city owned but with upgrades. The Mt. Ogden golf course will be improved, yet maintain green fees for locals comparable to today’s fees. Approximately 400 new homes will be built around the course with landscaping that blends into the surroundings. This area for homes represents less than 5% of the total land being made accessible to the public.
